Red Bone Alley is the best restaurant in Florence, SC

Posted by SCBeachTrips.com on Thursday, February 28, 2013,
I love this place. Don't let the outside fool you. It's not a bowling alley. It's a magical restaurant with an inside town replica full of buildings and fascinating interior deigns. The food is great and romantic. There is also a kid's area where you can go to a station ice cream truck to get free ice cream. Yes, all of this is really a restaurant! It's amazing and my first choice for great dining. There is also a bar area in front as well. Make reservations if you're coming with a big ...

When your neighbor is shooting squirrels across the street

Posted by SCbeachtrips.com on Wednesday, February 27, 2013,
As I was updating some pictures on this website, I kept hearing gun shot noises outside. I was thinking it was from a far distance. My dog is getting really scared and comes to the office to find me. I look out the window and it's our neighbor shooting at squirrels on a tree right across the street. I was very appalled because I never see this in San Diego. This is just one more thing I'll need to get used to.

Southend Brewery & Restaurant is a must go in Charleston, SC

Even on a rainy day, Charleston is still beautiful.

Posted by SCbeachtrips.com on Tuesday, February 26, 2013,
We visited Charleston last weekend and it was my first time there. My husband lived there for two years because of Nuke School. It definitely is obvious that it's the oldest city in the US but it's beautiful, even on a rainy or cloudy day. It rained for most of the weekend when we were there in February. The town is busy at night on weekends and many come to the Social Bar for their bachelorette parties when we visited.

Picture above is view of the ocean. Picture below is of the main street ...

Asian Market in Florence, South Carolina

Posted by SCbeachtrips.com on Tuesday, February 12, 2013,
I'm an American but my parents were originally from Vietnam so I grew up in California eating Asian food and California had an abundant of them! Ever since I moved to Florence, I realize if I crave something, I will need to make it myself because they are limited on Asian restaurants around here.

Fortunately, I discovered there is exactly one (only one) Asian market in Florence. That's enough for me! When I first parked, it looks tiny from the outside but when I stepped in, they had so many d...
