1. Edventure Children's Museum - Located in the capital of South Carolina is a wonderful multiple storied children's museum, this museum is great for children of all ages. There's even a little baby/toddler room which makes it easy for the little ones to play and the guardians to change their diapers. I love how they also have nursing rooms in this section as well. 2. Riverbanks Zoo & Gardens
For just one admission price, you have access to both the zoo and the gardens area. The zoo is wonderful for the kids to stretch their legs and also enjoy some outdoor activities. The Gardens also has a water park play area which is accessible year-round and already included with your admission! You really can't beat this. It's a full day experience for sure. 3. Putt Putt in Myrtle Beach - Myrtle Beach is known for their beach, dozens of all you can eat seafood buffet and dozens of putt putt options. West Coasters call it miniature golf but here in the Carolinas, it's called putt putt! Decked with amazing structures and options, the whole family can partake in some putt putt family fun. Some hotels even have putt putt on their facility! Address: Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

4. Beaching It in Myrtle Beach
Soaking in the sand and swimming in the ocean water is always free to visit here in Myrtle Beach. They also have a boardwalk full of activities, restaurants and places to sit. It's especially festive during spring break and the summer season! It can get really busy so if you plan to book a hotel in the busy seasons, do so early on. 5. Historic District in Charleston
Some people may confuse and think Charleston is the capital but it's not! Charleston is so famous for their beautiful historic district, southern charm and personality! There's no where like it in America. You truly feel like you're traveling on a vacation here. There is an abundance of restaurants and historic places to see.
