Fleet Landing is a great place for seafood in Charleston that is waterfront

We were recommended by a couple who lived locally to dine at Fleet Landing for seafood after a romantic sailing trip. We got there around 5:30pm on a Saturday night and it was busy. There was a 20 minute wait to eat inside but no wait to eat on the patio, which is a great option if you have a coat in hand. For our first year wedding anniversary, I surprised my husband to a voucher for 2 on a two hour sailing trip with Adventures in Sailing around Mount Pleasant and Charleston, SC. I found out about them from a TravelZoo promotion. It was a nice, relaxing time. I really like the fact that it's BYOB so we were able to bring our beverage of choice with us. Even on a rainy day, Charleston is still beautiful.

We visited Charleston last weekend and it was my first time there. My husband lived there for two years because of Nuke School. It definitely is obvious that it's the oldest city in the US but it's beautiful, even on a rainy or cloudy day. It rained for most of the weekend when we were there in February. The town is busy at night on weekends and many come to the Social Bar for their bachelorette parties when we visited.
